This is used for secondary soil reinforcement, creating a stronger composite structure, which increases the performance of the under-laying sub-grade.  Such as, weak sub-grade, heavy loads thick fill layers, high aggregate cost, contaminated sub-grades or shallow utilities, which will disrupt construction schedule and budget.  Used but not limited for highway, secondary road, parking areas, airport runways, truck and freight distribution centers and terminals with heavily loaded equipment yards.

Primary soil reinforcement allows savings of 30% - 60% over concrete retaining walls, enhancing property values with naturally vegetated facing option, installs quickly and without specialized fill material, adapts to even extreme conditions and create usable land in previously undeveloped areas creating slopes up to 70°.  Application includes but not limited to commercial, industrial, retail, residential, transportation infrastructure, recreation facilities and municipal waste management.

Erosion control for slopes from 3:1 – 1:1 or greater for moderate to high flow channels with longevity from 2 months to 36 months suitable for highway, roadside ditches, mines, pipeline, woodlands, golf courses, residential lawns, landfill caps, severe slopes and shoreline protection

Used for waterproofing and chemical protection above and below ground level.  Penetrates deeply and seals concrete’s capillary tracts and cracks.  Completely effective against high hydrostatic head pressure and protects concrete and reinforcing steel.  The process works with or against the pressure of water.  In the absence of moisture, Penetron lie completely dormant, should moisture reoccur at any time, the chemical action and sealing process repeats itself automatically and advances even more deeply into the concrete.  Penetron will continuously seal and reseal due to their chemical nature. Used in drinking water reservoirs, wastewater treatment tanks, foundations, basements, elevator shafts or any concrete structure requiring protection from water or chemical attack.  It’s available in a liquid and as cementitious for use as a mortar or an admixture.

This is a multi use concrete curing compound that is FDA accepted, chemically reactive with a five year dust-proofing guarantee.  It combines with free lime and other chemicals in the concrete to form a moisture barrier that restricts moisture evaporation, assuring better hydration and a positive cure while enhancing the abrasion resistance of concrete.  When applied to concrete it forms an insoluble gel within the surface pores and capillaries.  It is also used to renew aged concrete or terrazzo floors and provides a new, long wearing and dustproofed surface.

This is a chemically reactive form release agent especially formulated to meet the demanding requirements of architectural forming.  It provides the maximum performance on the widest range of forming materials including steel, aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, coated paper and all types of wood forms, producing smooth natural architectural surfaces eliminating voids and oil stains.  It has a controlled reaction with the free lime in concrete to provide a clean release without the use of pry-bars or tools and will not retard, etch or soften concrete surfaces, even if over applied.  It also has a positive release that keeps forms clean resulting in little if any cleaning necessary between pours, while repeat use makes wood forms water-repellant and extends their useful life.
